Online booking, first
The booking flow became the spine of the site rather than a page buried in the menu. Every service and practitioner points at a way to book that session.
Case study · Wellness · Calgary
Abe Wellness is a Calgary wellness centre with a team of practitioners and a first-time visitor problem: people found them, then couldn't work out how to book. We rebuilt the site around one job — getting a booking made.

Job the new design was built to do: get a first-time visitor booked.
The problem
Abe Wellness had everything a wellness centre needs except a site that converted. Prospective clients could read about the practitioners but had no obvious way to book a session, so the people most ready to buy were the ones most likely to leave.
The measure of success was never traffic. It was bookings.
What we did
The booking flow became the spine of the site rather than a page buried in the menu. Every service and practitioner points at a way to book that session.
Each service and each practitioner got a proper page, so the site answers "is this the right person for what I need?" before the visitor has to ask.
The team can add a practitioner, change availability and update service copy without coming back to us for every change.
“Bow River Digital rebuilt our clinic site and online booking in under six weeks. Appointment bookings are up 40%, and the site finally feels like us.”
